WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

Purchases are made through PayPal.

DO YOU OFFER GIFT CARDS?

Gift ecards are available starting at $10.00.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Most items can be returned within 30 calendar days of the original shipping date.    To process your request efficiently, please contact us first before returning the item.  Returns will only be accepted if they are returned in their original unused condition with a copy of the original invoice.  We will not honor returns that have been altered in any way or have been damaged during shipping. Returns are not accepted on:

  • Items returned after 30 calendar days from the original ship date.

  • Custom orders

  • Items purchased on sale.

Your refund will be credited to your PayPal account and will be the purchase price of the item less the original shipping fee.

For your protection, we advise that all returns are sent back to us by a traceable carrier and insured at your own expense.

WHAT ABOUT REPAIRS?

If you receive a damaged product, please let us know within 7 days of receiving the product to be eligible for a no charge repair.  Repairs outside of 7 days from your order are subject to availability of materials/type of materials and degree of repair. Please email us with your problem(pictures are very helpful) and we will do our best to work out a solution.  There may be a small materials fee for repairs or replacement of chains as well as return postage for repair jobs.
